  1. The moment the judgement stops through acceptance of what is, you are free of the mind. You have made room for love, for joy and for peace.

  2. Dear Philo,
For judgement to stop there need to be some awareness of judgement... just before this awareness there is pissed offness, that all too often obstracts awareness like clouds obstract blue sky, it is this moment of "pissed offness" that i was referring to, how do you deal with that?

  3. Whats to deal with? You recognise you are pissed off. With this recognition is acceptance and this is where you are NOW. You either do something about it - accept and stop the judgement or let the pissoffness take over and cloud the blue sky of your day.

  4. Two figbird parents make a nest in a magnolia tree and lay three eggs, which hatch, and the parents both care and feed the chicks. Two kookaburras alight in the Poinsiana nearby and the male figbird appears above them very 'pissed off'. He chases them away to ensure the survival of the young. Is he pissed off or expressing the moment and doing what needs to be done. The figbirds can be watched by an observer. Be the watcher of the pissed off ness and see what needs to be done to quiet the ego.
